Apply for Erasmus+ and study at one of our 150 partner universities in Europe for one semester or an academic year. Credits and grades you complete abroad are recognized towards your degree after your return.

ONLINE APPLICATION

Erasmus+ application are submitted online. Create a user account for our MoveON Outgoing Portal , complete the online form"EUROPE | Erasmus+ Studies: Step 1" and upload the following documents: 

• Enrolment Certificate (Studienbescheinigung)
• List of Achievements (Leistungsübersicht)
   first-year students: latest diploma/certificate
• CV in English
• Proof of language proficiency (e.g. High School Diploma)

Application Deadlines:
• winter- and/or summer 2025/26:
   15.10. - 15.12.2024
• summer 2025/26:
   15.04. - 15.06.2025

GRANT & DOCUMENTS

Once you have accepted your seat offer, it is time to start preparing your stay. Requirement for your participation in the Erasmus+ program and the Erasmus+ grantpayment is the timely submission of the Erasmus+ programme documents.
